What materials are available for signage?
We fabricate in aluminum, stainless steel, cast and extruded acrylic, PVC and dibond composite. Metal and acrylic are most common for illuminated exterior signs, while PVC and dibond suit interior or budget-conscious builds.
What's the difference between backlit, frontlit and lightbox signs?
Backlit (halo-lit) signs glow around the edges of dimensional letters. Frontlit signs illuminate the face directly for maximum day and night legibility. Lightbox signs are illuminated cabinets with a printed or acrylic face, ideal for menus and offers that change often.
Do you handle installation, or do I need to hire someone?
We ship nationwide with everything needed for a straightforward self-install or local contractor install — every sign ships with a drilling template and all mounting hardware included.
How long does production and shipping take?
Once your mockup and price are approved, most signs ship in 10–15 working days, tracked door to door with free nationwide freight.
What warranty comes with my sign?
Every sign carries a 2-year warranty covering fabrication defects and LED components. UL-listed electrical parts are covered by their manufacturer warranty as well.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost — every shipment is insured in transit.
