We collect the details you give us when you request a quote, contact us or place an order. That includes your name, email, phone number, business name, billing and shipping addresses, the files you upload, and details about your sign.

• To prepare quotes and mockups, and to make and deliver your order
• To answer your questions and support you after delivery
• To send offers and product news, which you can opt out of at any time
• To improve our site and services
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal duties

Who We Share It With

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers and IT providers, and they must keep it confidential. We may also share it when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property, or those of others.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

Cookies

Our site may use cookies to make browsing work better and to understand site traffic. You can accept or decline cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your sign. You see and approve a mockup before production starts, and if anything arrives wrong, we’ll make it right.

Custom Signs

Custom and personalized signs are made to order for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or defective or don’t match the design you approved. Gift cards aren’t refundable.

Damaged or Defective Signs

We’ll replace or repair a damaged or defective sign at no cost. Send us photos of the sign and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery. See Shipping Policy for details.

Other Returns

Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items are final. We may give a partial refund if an item comes back used, damaged or missing parts for reasons that aren’t our fault. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. If yours doesn’t appear, check with your bank or card company, since posting can take some time. If you still can’t find it, email info@signmakers.net.

Exchanges and Gifts

We exchange items only when they are damaged or defective, and only for the same item. If an item was marked as a gift and shipped straight to the recipient, the recipient gets a credit for its value. Otherwise, the refund goes to the buyer.

Return Shipping

If you’re returning an item for a reason that isn’t our error, you pay for return shipping, and that cost isn’t refundable. Use a tracked, insured service, because we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your package. If the mistake was ours, we cover the shipping.

These terms apply when you use SignMakers.net or order from us. By doing either, you agree to them. “We” and “us” mean SignMakers.net.

Using This Site

You must be of legal age where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s consent. Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or upload harmful code. We may refuse service or end your access if these terms are broken. Any amount you already owe stays due.

Quotes, Mockups and Orders

Every custom order starts with a mockup. Production begins only after you approve the design and the price, so please check spelling, colors, size and layout carefully before you approve. Colors on a screen can differ from the finished sign.

Prices and Errors

We work to keep prices and product details accurate, and they can change without notice. If we find a mistake in a price, description or order detail, we’ll contact you to correct it. We may cancel an affected order and return anything you paid for it.

Your Artwork and Content

When you send us logos, photos or text, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We use them to design and make your sign. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything. We may show finished signs in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Permits and Installation

You are responsible for making sure your sign meets local rules and landlord requirements, unless we agree in writing to handle them. Installation must be done safely by a qualified person, and illuminated signs must be connected by a licensed electrician where local rules require it.

Warranty

Your sign is covered by our 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized changes or incorrect installation. Apart from this warranty, the site and our services are provided as they are, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost revenue. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law. You agree to cover claims and reasonable legal costs brought against us because you broke these terms or the law, including claims about artwork you supplied.

Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may link to services we don’t run. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any part can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version here, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Shipping Policy

Overview

Shipping is free and tracked on every custom business sign we deliver anywhere in the US, all 50 states included. Mounting hardware and a drilling template come in the box.

Processing and Delivery Time

Every custom order starts with design approval. After you approve the mockup and price, allow 10-15 working days for production and delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.

Shipping Options

We offer one service that covers production, packaging and delivery. Need your sign sooner? Email info@signmakers.net before you order, and we’ll let you know whether a faster turnaround is possible.

Tracking

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your sign ships.

Damaged Shipments

Every shipment is insured in transit. If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the sign and the packaging. We’ll replace or repair it at no cost.

Lost Shipments and Delays

If your package goes missing, we’ll guide you through the claim with the carrier. Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control, but we’ll help you track down your order.
